Insperation

I've been a drama fanatic for as long as I can remember. When I was 5 I knew the Craft Macaroni and Cheese commercial by heart, at six I was consumed with Guiding Lights, and around 12 I decided I was going to be an actress. I had Mrs. Lathem for English 8th grade and I excelled in her class. I appreciated her teaching style and her love of the arts. Mrs. Lathem was also the director of our 8th grade play "The Lottery" where she named me the lead. I learned so much from her and was sad to leave her behind while I went to Highschool. Suprisingly my sophmore year the drama teacher of over 30yrs. (Mrs. Preston) retired. Mrs. Lathem applied and got the job of the new Dramatic Arts teacher at CHS. These last 3yrs. I have got to work with Mrs. Lathem and learn so much more. Her passion is still strong, and she has pushed me many times in the right direction. I thank her for believing in me and seeing something special. She inspires me to be the best I can be and to allways strive toward your goals.
